Hajj and Umrah are among the holiest obligations and worship in Islam, where Muslims from all parts of the earth go to Mecca to perform these great rituals, in obedience to God Almighty and purification of souls. Hajj: the fifth pillar of Islam The hypothesis of Hajj: an obligation for every sane adult Muslim who is once capable of age. Time of Hajj: Performs in the month of Dhu al -Hijjah, specifically from the eighth day to the thirteenth. The rituals of Hajj: include ihram, standing in Arafa, circumambulation around the Kaaba, seeking between Safa and Marwah, and throwing stones. His virtue: The Prophet ﷺ said: “The justified pilgrimage has no reward but Paradise” (Agreed upon). Umrah: Visiting the Sacred House of God Its ruling: a confirmed year that can be performed at any time of the year. Umrah rituals: consist of ihram, circumambulation, pursuit, throat or default. Its virtue: Umrah is an expiation for sins, as the Prophet ﷺ said: “Umrah to Umrah is an expiation for what is between them” (Agreed upon).
